Shipping

The cost and delivery time of your order are estimated online at the checkout.

The estimation is performed according to the weight of items.

We ship orders to anywhere in the U.S. and its territories only.

Shipping methods

We have Standard Shipping which is free for guests and Anubis Members or Express Shipping for those who want their order quicker (Express cost is based on weight and destination of items).

Please make sure to enter your address completely and correctly. If you have an Apartment, Unit, or Suite number you must enter it or else the package will be returned to us automatically by the mail service. If you are shipping your package to a business please enter the name of the business as well.

Please note the mail service is responsible for the goods during transportation. Please, open the package delivered under your order the moment you receive it. If any damage is revealed, make claims against mail service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). If you want your order to be covered you must pay insurance on the package.

Payment

Pay with Credit/Debit cards or eChecks by calling us directly at (305) 640-2404, contacting us through Whatsapp with the same number, or by emailing us at info@anubis-usa.com.

Payments can be done via the website with PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your debit card, credit card, or bank account. PayPal also has an option that lets you pay in 4 installments without interest.
